Welcome to Mrs. Moreland's 4th Grade Class!

          Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year here at Olive Drive Elementary! The start of school will bring eager students and opportunities to start the year off strong.  My goal as your child's teacher is to provide  a place where your child feels safe, valued, and unique. I strive to provide each student with an education that will address their needs and celebrate growth as they work hard to develop their own personal goals.

A little about myself...

          I was born in Goleta, Ca and moved to Bakersfield in 1996. I graduated from Cal State Bakersfield in 2006 and began teaching the same year. I taught 5th, 2nd, and 3rd grade in a previous district and began teaching in the Norris School District in 2016.  I love this community and the incredible support from our ODE families. I am married with two sons and have three miniature dachshunds. I love watching movies with my family, trips to the beach, and photography:)
