Hello Blazers, families, and community. My name is Michelle Turner and I am beyond excited to be your Dean again this year.
This will be my twenty-first year in education. I spent 18 years in the classroom teaching third, fourth, and fifth grades and served as the ODE Dean for the past two years. This is also my ninth year at Olive Drive Elementary. I have a special place in my heart for ODE as both an educator and as a parent of one current Blazer and one ODE alumni. This is a fantastic school and our staff works tirelessly to create a safe and caring environment.
My goal is to support our students, families, and staff as they learn and grow this year. Together we can make 2024-2025 an amazing school year.
I'm looking forward to serving your students this year and can't want to see our returning students and meet our new students. Let's have a great year!
